Ways to live longer

Everyone wants to stay longer and at least live here on earth like in the age of 90's. But how come that nowadays people die in young age. They said because of the food that we are eating now are more on preservatives. I just wonder, like my grandfather that he's already 87yrs.old but he's still very active. The only problem that he got is his sense of hearing. I do believe that its all because of the food they had before were all healty food.

But right now we still have this chance to live longer and make ourselves healthier. Here are some tips for us to know to live longer in natural ways.

5 Foods to cut down on:

a) Salt People over 60 who cut their salt intake to 6g (one teaspoon) a day can reduce their stroke risk by 31% and heart attack risk by 24% in a matter of days, according to Graham McGregor, Professor of Cardiovascular Health at St George's Hospital, London.
